Investors in People Reaccreditation

Following our audit at the end of March, we have retained our Investors in People Accreditation.

 As part of this process, everyone was given the opportunity to complete an anonymous survey which covered topics including Leadership, Performance, Recognition and Continuous Improvement.

 The results of this survey were collated by IIP to provide a benchmark score of 734, above the average IIP score of 728 and an increase from the 721 we received in 2019.
