Seamlessly transforming UCL’s Cruciform Building into a world-class Dementia Research Institute, delivered on time, on budget, and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

We completed a three-phase D&B refurbishment of UCL’s Grade II Listed Cruciform Building, transforming office and canteen spaces into cutting-edge laboratories and research facilities for the IDRI. Despite tight site access and a live environment, we delivered high-spec lab fit-outs, bespoke joinery, advanced M&E installations, and tailored end-user solutions, on time and within budget. Our collaborative approach ensured stakeholder satisfaction and secured critical funding for future research initiatives.

Our delivery of the Interim Dementia Research Institute at UCL showcases our ability to navigate complex, phased refurbishments within occupied, Grade II Listed buildings. Through expert project management, stakeholder collaboration, and precision execution, we met every milestone, securing vital research funding and reinforcing our reputation for excellence in the healthcare and education sectors.
