We proudly delivered Ossulton Court, a three-storey, U-shaped construction for 20 almshouse and 10private rental apartments, with steel frame superstructure and traditional brickwork. Works included timber roofing, full M&E services and internal fit-outs, including kitchens, bathrooms, and communal spaces. The successful completion respects the site's historic origins, with extensive landscaping, improved access, and security features like CCTV, enhancing community living while preserving the area's heritage.
Visited by Boris Johnson, the then Prime Minister, Ossulton Court stands as a shining example of modern and accessible living. We delivered a project that not only meets the highest construction and design standards but also supports UUWT’s mission to provide quality housing for those in need. With enhanced community spaces, state-of-the-art facilities, and meticulous attention to detail, this development rejuvenates the area and offers residents a comfortable, secure, and vibrant place to call home.
