Advancing world-class research and education at LSHTM through expert refurbishments, seamless infrastructure upgrades, and carefully managed heritage conservation.

Transforming LSHTM’s Central and West Wings into cutting-edge teaching labs, write-up spaces, and offices, alongside critical plant/infrastructure upgrades. Works included partitioning, glazing, new lab and kitchen fit-outs, fire-rated riser shafts, and extensive MEP enhancements. Roof modifications accommodated new chillers and lower ground floor shower rooms were introduced. Successfully delivered in an occupied environment, we balanced modernisation with heritage preservation of this prestigious institution.

Through expert planning and execution, we have future-proofed LSHTM’s Keppel Street, delivering world-class educational facilities enriching learning, supporting academic excellence, ensuring operational efficiency and respecting the institution’s historic legacy.
