The works included a steel frame, zinc roof, and timber-clad extension constructed on piled foundations, with blockwork and curtain walling seamlessly integrated with the original structure. Built to a high-end architectural specification, the development features bespoke joinery elements and glazed balustrades. Internally, the project comprised the installation of new partitions, ceilings, and flooring throughout, as well as Velux roof lights to enhance natural lighting. A full M&E services installation was undertaken, complemented by external courtyard and landscaping works. The entire scheme was successfully completed on time and within budget.
