Shaping the future of education with a forward-thinking Sixth Form Centre that seamlessly integrates sustainability, advanced technology, and flexible learning environments.

The Corby Sixth Form College is a net-zero carbon campus designed to deliver a modern, inspiring educational environment in the heart of the town centre. The redevelopment includes an impressive new entrance extension and over 25 high-quality classrooms, alongside state-of-the-art science laboratories, resource centres, and performance spaces. Students will benefit from exceptional facilities, including an external roof terrace, a modern café, and welcoming common areas. Sustainability is central to the design, with a carbon-neutral operational approach achieved through fabric-first construction, air source heat pumps, waste heat recovery, and onsite renewable energy generation via solar PV panels. The architectural design complements the existing structure while embracing modern efficiency and environmental responsibility.
