The scheme involved structural expansion, infrastructure upgrades and specialist installations tailored to secure mental health care. We reconfigured core services, extended the building footprint and modernised internal spaces to create a safer, more functional and therapeutic environment.

Key improvements included upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, anti-ligature fixtures, secure furniture, ensuite pods and enhanced monitoring systems. Finishes were selected for durability and hygiene, supporting long-term performance in a demanding clinical setting.
