Harnessing our healthcare construction expertise, we transformed Calnwood Court’s first floor into the advanced Evergreen Mental Health Unit, a key step towards a permanent CAMHS facility. Installing the latest anti-ligature systems, customised vision panels, and 24-hour monitoring, we ensured high standards of safety, while minimising disruption to hospital operations. Collaborating with the Trust, families and carers, we delivered a vibrant, woodland, plant and water themed, eight-bed facility with staff and wellbeing amenities creating a welcoming, non-institutional environment fostering healing, resilience and the future of modern inpatient mental health care.

Our collective approach, expertly blending stakeholder visions, created a modern, inclusive, pioneering and visually engaging adolescent mental health facility. The resulting high standard exemplifies our prodigious delivery of person-centred healthcare environments.
