As a trusted construction partner for Barnet & Southgate College, we delivered a full-scale refurbishment ofBlock M, creating a modern STEM Hub across five floors. Our works included extensive MEP upgrades, modern laboratories, new teaching spaces, and student breakout areas, all completed while the campus remained fully operational. The new façade featured a sleek aluminium system, render, and Brise-Soleil shading, enhancing both aesthetics and energy efficiency.
