We completed the design and fit-out of three advanced Biophysics Laboratories at KCL’s Strand Campus.The project involved the full strip-out and conversion of a disused office space, with new M&E services, bespoke lab furniture, access-controlled doors, and Whiterock hygienic finishes. We navigated the complexities of an occupied building by scheduling noisy works out of hours, ensuring minimal disruption.The result is a pristine, functional space that enhances KCL’s research and learning environment.
