We successfully completed the Aberfeldy Health Practice and Café, part of the Aberfeldy Square regeneration. Works included M&E installations, underfloor heating, acoustic ceiling panels, and bespoke perimeter joinery with a lacquered finish. Despite working in a live environment alongside the property developer’s external works, we delivered a BREEAM 'Very Good' facility, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure precision and quality. The café fit-out allows for future operator customisation, fostering a vibrant community hub alongside essential GP services.

Through meticulous planning and expert execution, we delivered a transformative health and wellbeing centre for Aberfeldy Village. Combining high-quality GP services with an inviting wellness café, we’ve created a dynamic space fostering both health and community spirit. Our commitment to sustainable design and flawless finishes has revitalised Aberfeldy Street, offering residents an accessible, modern hub that champions wellbeing and strengthens local connections.
