I have extensive experience managing projects, frameworks, and business units which has shaped my leadership approach. I have been Board Director since 2009 and am responsible for all aspects of T&B’s operations. I maintain our success and reputation as a proven construction partner for public and private clients across the South East of England while overseeing staff development, client satisfaction, company performance, HSQE, and ESG initiatives.
I have played a key role in our success, establishing business objectives and strategic growth to position us as one of the South East’s leading building contractors while fostering strong relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and supply chain.
I oversee our technical and commercial construction delivery of our public, commercial and retail clients, working alongside the other Board Directors to ensure all projects are appropriately resourced and delivered to the highest stakeholder satisfaction, quality, safety, and within budget and programme.
I join the project teams regularly at their Site Reviews, DTM/RFI reviews and Progress meetings, as well as undertaking technical reviews and detailed monitoring to ensure T&B are providing our clients with the best possible service and end product, at all levels. I champion a friendly, professional, and consistent approach to work amongst our teams and continue to be proud of what we achieve together as a business and with the clients, consultants and skilled people that we work with.
I collaborate closely with Alex Blackhurst and the Board of Directors. With over 20 years in the industry with T&B, my experience spans from management trainee to Managing Surveyor, Head of Surveying, and now Director. I drive our commitment to developing strong working relationships with our supply chain partners.
