We are thrilled to announce that our project, Ossulton Court, delivered for Uxbridge United Welfare Trust, has received the 2025 The Almshouse Association's Inspirational Homes Award! 🎉

Ossulton Court features 20 beautifully crafted Almshouses arranged around a central courtyard, offering thoughtfully designed, community-focused spaces. The three-storey development - built with a steel frame superstructure enveloped with traditional brick and block, timber rafters, and a stunning zinc roof - revitalises a historic site within the in the Rockingham conservation area, seamlessly blending heritage with contemporary living.

We’re very proud to have delivered this project and our thanks to those who contributed to this achievement. Together, we’ve created a space that not only meets the needs of its residents, but also enriches the social and environmental fabric of the community.
