O&M Manual / Document Controller – Head office (Part-time)

We’re looking to recruit an experienced part-time O&M Manual / Document Controller to create, format, update and administer O&M Manuals. This role will require you to liaise with various departments, Contracts Managers and supply-chain partners in order to effectively compile relevant project literature.

Contracts Manager (Residential) – Head office

We’re keen to hear from an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record of delivering residential projects ranging from £1m-£10m throughout London and the Home Counties.

Education Skills & Funding Agency Framework Team

To support T&B’s recent award on to the Education Skills and Funding Agency (ESFA) Framework we’re recruiting candidates who have worked on ESFA projects ranging from £1m to £10m and are located in the Southern Counties (West/East Sussex, Hampshire, Kent and Surrey regions) Positions include;

-Contracts Manager (ESFA projects) – Redhill office

-Quantity Surveyor (ESFA projects) – Redhill office

-Site Manager (ESFA projects) – Redhill office
