We’re extremely proud to have secured places on The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine’s Main Contractors Framework.
The 7-year Framework, with a proposed combined spend of £200,000,000, commences in May 2019 and is spilt into two lots;
> Lot 1 – Projects up to £2,000,000
> Lot 2 – Projects £1,000,000 or greater project value
Schemes will range from £250,000 to £10,000,000 and feature fit-out, refurbishment and infrastructure upgrades to mainly administration, office, laboratory, research and teaching spaces across LSHTM’s central London campus.
We understand that the Framework will be open for use by other institutions such as The Royal Veterinary College, The School of Oriental and Africa Studies, University of London and Birkbeck University of London.
