Our Contracting team has been awarded the next phase of works at LSE’s Rosebery Hall to refurbish floors four to seven within the student accommodation block alongside Wilson Mason Architects and cost consultant Mortimer Isaacs.
The phased programme of works, which commences later this Summer, follows on from the completion of floors eight and nine delivered over the past 9-months.
Works to the occupied halls of residence in Farringdon comprise refurbishment of 88 student bedrooms, en-suites and communal areas, which will be complete in May 2020.
