T&B introduce reduced operations measures across business and sites during COVID-19 crisis

The health, safety and well-being of our staff, supply-chain partners and key project stake holders remains our number one priority, and we continue to monitor the situation and Government updates to assess the impacts to our business and sites on a daily basis.

Some of our sites have been closed, and as a result we’ve furloughed a number of staff onto the Government’s Coronavirus Staff Retention Scheme for the foreseeable future to protect jobs and the business as the crisis continues.

The Government has encouraged construction to continue, so through the introduction of our social distancing protocols and strict adherence to Construction Leadership Council’s Site Operating Procedures, many of our critical projects remain open.

Although we’ve limited our business operations, we are keen to reassure clients, key project stakeholders and supply-chain partners that along with our directors and senior management staff still in place, our remaining pre-construction, procurement, HSQE, site / delivery resources at T&B are very much ‘open for business’!

We are totally committed to the success of T&B and its staff in these extraordinary times, and are confident that we will come through this pandemic to thrive once again and continue to deliver the proactive and professional service we’re known for by our clients.

In the meantime, we would like to express our gratitude to everyone who helped maintain our operations, and we wish everyone the very best of health.
