    Mark Hickson

    Managing Director

    Mark has worked for T&B for over twenty five years and has worked his way up from a site manager and contracts manager to the managing director. His understanding of the company and his considerable knowledge of the construction processes, have gained him a highly respected name with clients, consultants and colleagues.

    Andrew Skilton

    Director

    A degree qualified surveyor, Andrew joined T&B in 2007 and has overall responsibility for T&B's Interiors Division that focus on quality refurbishment and fit-out projects for mainly commercial and private clients.

    Nigel Stephens

    Director

    Nigel joined T&B in 2006 and has played a major part in the successful growth of T&B over the years. He is responsible for pre-construction and the implementation of the company’s business plan as well as the corporate branding.

    Kevin O’Dell

    Director

    Kevin joined the group in 1999 and previously held senior positions with national and regional contractors. Kevin’s surveying background and extensive experience within the industry has enabled him to develop a confident and fair approach, which consistently results in the successful completion of schemes to the mutual benefit of clients and T&B alike.

    Robert Wishart

    Director

    Robert joined T&B in 2001 as a quantity surveyor and has had a major role in shaping the business to what it is now. Overseeing his Contracting team and T&B's Southern office in Redhill, he's also our Education Skills & Funding Agency Framework Champion.

T&B believe that the foundation of achieving and sustaining the highest levels of quality throughout our organisation is directly linked to the effort and investment we devote to attracting, retaining, training, motivating, incentivising and rewarding our staff.

To demonstrate our commitment T&B have made a commitment to The Skills Pledge through the Secretary of State’s Business Innovations and Skills department, Investors in People and a commitment to equality through C2E.
