T&B’s contracting team, alongside architects Bell Associates and Banks Wood cost consultants, recently handed-over the newly refurbished customer, family and disabled toilets at the Royal Priors Shopping Centre in Leamington Spa for investment manager La Salle Investments on behalf of Coal Pension Properties.
The £295,000 / 10-week programme comprised strip-out, new sanitary ware, cubicles, benching and IPS panels along with extensive M&E services upgrade, feature lighting, printed manifestations, MF & suspended ceilings and high-quality decoration throughout.
