We’re thrilled to complete the Marvic House project alongside cost consultants Box Associates and Emil Eve Architects for private developer Glasshouse Property.
The 52-week scheme comprised construction of a 3-storey front extension, new roof level and internal reconfiguration works to a private residential block in Fulham creating additional flats and ground floor retail space in Fulham.
We reconfigured and fitted-out existing flats within the occupied block, erected extensive structural steelwork enveloped by a traditional brick / block work construction for the main extension, along with a new zinc clad / timber frame roof level to form an luxury additional 2No. bedroom flat.
