Strong Supplier Relationships

Led by our Supply Chain Manager, Tammy Seymour, we actively engage with suppliers through dedicated events, offering opportunities to connect with the T&B team. From subcontractor golf days and targeted networking sessions to a strict pay-on-time policy, we create opportunities to foster strong, lasting partnerships.

Supporting Local Communities

Localism is at the heart of what we do. We prioritise local labour, with 96% of our suppliers being SMEs. Our commitment extends to sourcing materials and engaging sub-contractors close to our projects—89% of material orders and 74% of sub-contractor agreements are within a 30-mile radius of the site.

Sustainability is embedded in our approach. We fully align with the Government’s PPN06 and Construction Playbook themes, ensuring that social value, sustainability, and carbon reduction are integral to everything we do.
